exrTrader V1.0a OSX

This is a OSX only upgrade. It works around a bug in LW 9.0 in OSX which prevented the OpenEXR saver plugin from working. It will now save images properly.

This archive contains the OSX plugin only, and is intended for users that have downloaded the previous Version. It is required for users of OSX only.
